9. In the field of education… establishing specialized colleges for textile industries in Matrouh… in partnership with the United States. Scientific research and discussions are underway to describe study programs for advanced technology in the textile industries… with the aim of scientific and technological investment for the needs of the labor market… raising awareness of the needs of the labor market for real advanced technology within Africa and Europe with qualified graduates.
